  Ingredients:
  4 Tbsp Chili Powder
  3 Tbsp Paprika
  2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  3 Tbsp Cumin
  2 Tbsp Onion Powder
  5 Tsp Garlic Powder
  1 Tbsp kosher Salt
  1 Tbsp Corn Flour
  1 Tbsp unsweetened Cocoa Powder

  Chocolate Waffles

  2 eggs
  2 egg whites
  1 1/2 cup milk
  2 tsp baking powder
  1 1/4 cup flour 
  4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  4 tblsp powder sugar

  Mix the 2 eggs, milk, flour, baking powder, cocoa, & powder sugar then add the melted butter.

  In a bowl beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, Then fold the egg

  4 tbls unsalted butter, melted
  1 tsp allspice 
  1 tsp cinnamon
  2 tsp lemon juice
  1/2 tsp salt
  3/4 cup buttermilk 
  3 large eggs, separated
  1/2 cup sugar
  1/2 cup brown sugar
  2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  prepared Sweet Pie Crust
